Swindon Borough Council’s Community Safety Team provides the support and facilitation of the Swindon Community Safety Partnership.
The Community Safety Partnership is a local alliance of authorities that have a statutory responsibility to reduce crime and disorder, anti-social behaviour, substance misuse and re-offending. The partnership is made up of representatives from the police, local authorities, fire and rescue authorities, health services, and probation services (known as the ‘responsible authorities’).
We work out how to deal with local issues including antisocial behaviour, drug or alcohol misuse, and re-offending. We assess local crime priorities and consult partners and the local community about how to deal with them.
All community safety consultations and surveys hosted by Swindon Borough Council can be found on this page.
