Domestic Abuse Feedback Form – “Your Space to Feedback”
We are asking for feedback of services who support those experiencing domestic abuse. This will come to us in form of an electronic survey, where you can share anything with us anonymously.
We will use this feedback to inform our local domestic abuse needs assessment and inform our monitoring of Swindon services and how accessible they are.
Anyone who has experienced domestic abuse can feed back about specific services via this online form. The forms are collated by our Community Safety Team who will store your anonymous data and inform our local service providers as required.
Please visit your local library for support in filling it out, if required.
