There are lots of ways to be involved in Pride in Place, whether you live in Penhill or Walcot East, or work locally.
This short survey will help us understand:
how people would like to be involved
what topics matter most in the area
how we can shape future Pride in Place activity
Your responses will help inform future conversations and opportunities to get involved.
Could you be an independent chair?
We are now looking for Independent Chairs to lead the Pride in Place Neighbourhood Boards in both areas. The Chairs will act as visible champions for their communities, helping to bring people together, ensure local voices shape priorities and guide the long-term direction of the programme.
The roles involve chairing the Neighbourhood Boards, supporting community engagement and working with partners to help deliver the ambitions of Pride in Place locally.
If you have strong links to Penhill or Walcot East, experience working with communities and the ability to bring people together, we’d love to hear from you.
To apply, please use the application form linked in the Documents section on the right-hand side of this page.
