Independent Chair

Applications for the Independent chair has now closed.

The Chairs will act as visible champions for their communities, helping to bring people together, ensure local voices shape priorities and guide the long-term direction of the programme.

The roles involve chairing the Neighbourhood Boards, supporting community engagement and working with partners to help deliver the ambitions of Pride in Place locally.


Neighbourhood Board

Applications for the Neighbourhood Board has now closed.

Neighbourhood Boards are responsible for co-producing the Pride in Place Plan for their place, which constitutes a 10-year vision and 4-year investment plan, and delivering in the interests of local people to improve the physical and social infrastructure of their community
